[Feature Request] Disable on certain channels // or // Enable only on certain channels #58

This extension is awesome. I mainly installed it to filter out a specific channel's thumbnails. But it's been great while browsing videos in the wild on the search page as well.

I would however like to allow certain channels to show their thumbnails.

Hey, while this would be nice, already tried this. But is sadly not possible at the moment it seems with how the extension is built: https://github.com/pietervanheijningen/clickbait-remover-for-youtube/issues/11
