Add 'normal' plugs to the charging theme #1907

I think it might be good to add 'normal' plugs to the charging theme even for cars. Unless I don't understand how the tagging works but there are places that are meant for charging cars but that don't have an actual charger.

For example I was in Alton Towers (UK theme park) and their hotel parking just had two standard British plugs (meaning you need to have your own adapter from a standard plug to an ev charger plug).

So in this case I mapped it manually as socket:bs1363=2

obv these situations aren't common so if those plugs are added, they should be added to the bottom of the list.

Sorry should have clarified: I meant all the other 'normal' plugs as well. I seem to have forgotten to link to the wiki page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:socket:* So I meant all the 'domestic' sockets listed there.

Also: maybe move all the one you added and all the new domestic sockets that will be added to bottom of the list because those are pretty unlikely to see IRL

Dunno why I didn't add any more yet, considering I've even automated generating the country lists by now, will have a look soon.

Q: so you added them (they render correctly) but they're not in the selectable list?
