Name Suggestion Index Integration #1934

Adds support for the Name Suggestion Index as an input type and adds it to the ATM, Parcel Locker, Post Office and Public Bookcase layers. Should clear old tags when changing between options and automatically select options when typing.

I've made some small changes to the logic, making sure that the proper tags are also visible when picked brand question with correct tags being shown
