Add bicycle traffic counter to Cyclofix & Bicycle Infrastructure maps

Many cities implement bicycle traffic counters on bike paths and trails. It is useful to know for bicycle advocacy work. Please include this in the Cyclofix and Bicycle Infrastructure maps. The documentation is here:
