Delete images from panoramax

We should think about a deletion strategy. Should the person who contributed an image also be able to redact/delete images permanently? This risks that other features which link to this image get a broken link.

(I had someone who accidentally uploaded a pic of their dog and asked to remove it again)

If so, add this possibility (e.g. somewhere in the overflow menu)

IMHO, pictures are always valuable, even if no feature links to it:

• It still shows what a location looked like at a certain point in time
• The image might be linked to in notes...
• ... or be used on other websites ...
• ... or be used directly in some 'image' tag (e.g. image:streetsign or image:menu) which a quick overpass-query won't catch

IMHO, the only reason to delete an image is if it contains private information or indecent scenes.

Furthermore, a technical issue is that we use the length of the sequence to determine the position. Deleting an image will break upload (!).
