Setting up this repo to create a CEP version of DEP

src/AdobeCEPWrapper is largely similar to electron wrapper in electron repo
with some differences in dbWrapper.js

State whether the PR is ready for review or whether it needs extra work

Ready to merge and continue dev on master

Additional context

[X] Travis build, code sign, and add to releaes
[X] Import clip from premiere into DPE for transcribing
[X] export paper edit as sequence into premiere
