Add seperate `alt` param to `nbImage`, close #193 #195

If alt is empty the caption is used instead. Also added a new test in trenders.nim.

May I be frank and ask you how you ended up being the nimib contributor of the month? 😉 Have you been lurking around for a while or was it the recent forum announcement that brought you here?

What brought me here was issue #183, as I wanted to write docs for uing and webui with nimib, so I needed nbCodeSkip for some GUI code I didn't want running (didn't want any windows popping up). I didn't end up writing any docs for uing, but I did make some for webui here.
