update to recent Nimib (0.2) #39

goals:

take advantage of nb refactoring
use new path handling (now with config)
fix #38

still to do:

[x] make sure initialization of nimibook also adds a Nimib config file
[x] use config also for nimibook
[x] pin to nimib 0.2 (when it is released)
[x] document changes (a Nimib config file is required, you can compile and run a single nim document, ...)
[x] remember to also fix SciNim/getting-started
