[meta] make it a theme

this is not a priority for now but the idea for after the conference (or later) is to use pydata amsterdam and this to create a pydata theme.

jotting down some notes from conversation with @MBrouns for possible improvements:

• galleries (right now too much static content commited to the repo)
• hugo new
  • blog
  • sponsor
  • featured speaker (export from pretalx)
  • ...
• plausible analytics (and have a pydata plausible)
