hi , a big competitor in arduino like devices it's esp8266 , at now i'm using https://github.com/chaeplin/PietteTech_DHT-8266
At now arduino says to me that library is not supported , author not upgrade follow your library , do you can suppor also esp8266 ? i've used adafruit dht library but are not so good and upgraded .. your dht library i think is best choice !
