1 year ago The exported .kexi file contain a lot of Activity Kind. I do not have a list what the different Activity Kind means but I have a good idea.
Activity Kind 6 and 134: No heart registration, e.g., during the charge of the watch. 100 < Activity Kind < 130: Slumber or awake. 200 < Activity Kind: Sleep Activity Kind < 100: Awake
For the Activity Kind (Slumber or awake) the watch has difficulty to registered when you are awake and when you are slumbering. This must also be difficult to registered.
I have bought me a new Amazfit GTS. I updated the firmware using the newest app from freemyband.com; here I also got the Auth Code.
After some days I notes a big different in my amount of sleep. Using the Amazfit GTS the sleeping hours were much less than when I was using the Mi Band 4. When I have made my own program in Excel for looking into the data, I notice that new Activity Kind were precent such as 240 and 250. When looking more into the Activity Kind, it also seems that Activity Kind is not the same for the GTS and Mi Band 4 – OR maybe it is the same but changed through the latest firmware update.
I have now changed my Excel with the latest night of sleep and here it seems more correct with my amount of sleep and with some awake time during the night. I will check up on this in the coming weeks 😊
