I have updated heartrate and steps icon for ubuntu touch, because they didn't fit into ubuntu touch ui. New Icon is based on #808080 color which is default keyColor for Lomiri.Icon. In the end this should allow use of icons with dark mode.
I have used openclipart (public domain) and modified it manually in inkscape so the license is okay. Hereby I approve that icon can be used also with public domain or any other license. SVG files to generate all necessary resolutions are included.
