Compute Steps.maxY from fitnessGoal and allow lower goal #307

I can make up to 700 steps per day since I had leg in the cast. Goal of 5000 steps is unreachable for me. Recovery will takes yet few weeks so I would like to set reasonable goal. In addition to that, the steps graph looks very flat. It would be better to derive maxY from goal
