Drag-drop new file on top of the current playing song is buggy #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play a song
2. drag and drop a new song on top of the currently playing one(not above or 
below the song)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: current song still highlighted correctly or perhaps dont allow adding 
a song on top of the current one
instead: the current song is shifted down, and the new song is marked as 
currently playing. double clicking the new added song(which marked as current) 
won't play the song.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.4, latest osx 10.6 snow leopard
