Adding Teamview #293

If there is any interest in my way of teamview tell me and i will make a new PR. For now i close this.

@kaileu I'm certainly interested in seeing an implementation of "team view" making its way in. I think people would really like it.

Later, after the dust has settled, we take another stab at this and pitch ideas on what would be a good interface for users to switch views. :-)
