Adding a Thread to refresh GameList #356

Adding a Thread to refresh the Gamelist every 60 seconds. While switching to NFL Network/playing a game oder at Exit every Thread has to be canceled. This should fix https://github.com/aqw/xbmc-gamepass/issues/119
