Setup Facebook for iOS #286

All that is left for this is to test it on a real device with a few scenarios. It works fully in the simulator with the latest committed code.

Yup its up there. Right now I have it set to force the web view for login and the share dialog. You could change to use the fallback strategy..Facebook App -> Safari -> web view

I closed the FB window instead of logging in, and the wait image just shows endlessly with no message

Great test. Just not calling the listener on cancel
