Add "release" into jenkins #49

We should be able to trigger a release, and push a build into a google channel (alpha, beta)

I actually need you to follow these steps as you are the account owner for our dev console account:

Once that is setup with access, we can push to the Alpha or Beta channel

We decided that given the ease with which we can create a build locally and the lack of an overall CI process. We are not going to pay the overhead involved with this
