Create getZoneStatus.php #448

API that allows to check the status of a zone (ON or OFF), and the zone info (i.e. temp, battery level etc.). This approach will work both for PiHome and for MaxAir. Using this API the Home Assistant configuration will be the same for PiHome and MaxAir.
