[Feature]: Text / Number Input Card

I'd like to have a consistent design over my panel

A mushroom card which is able to input text in a textfield or / and a card to also enter numbers only

Additional context

I'd like to send manually entered alerts to magic mirror 2 which i already achieved, but for the Title and Text input field i had to use other solutions which do not fit into the overall design of the page. The ability to use the number card with the slider is great but i would prefer a input field for the numbers of the duration for the message to be shown on Magic Mirror 2
