Climate card: show hvac-modes-control first instead of temperature-control

I would like to be able to set hvac-modes-control as the default on first call. Currently temperature-control is displayed first. This would also go better with the Cover card.

Currently the first call looks like this:

It would be nicer if I could set the first call to look like this:

A toggle that allows you to choose what to display by default.

Second this - The toggle function currently switches to the "heat/cool auto" mode which doesn't work on my device so I need to select the mode each time. Having it visible first would save a click
