[Bug]: Cursor is pointer when all actions are disabled #591

Current Behavior

Right now, if you disable all actions image The cursor is still a pointer image

Expected Behavior

The cursor would be normal when nothing happens upon click

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make a template card
  2. Set all actions to no action
  3. Hover over card

Environment

Anything else?

No response

I've found this issue 2 years later and it's still a valid point today.
