Handle logo in README #208

We would like to include a logo in the README of BRICK. We therefore add this line manually to the mark down which gets of course deleted every time the package is built. I think it would be a cool feature to allow for a logo. What do you think?

I'm sorry, I didn't realise this functionality already exists since #153. I did a tiny modification in #209 to better fit the needs of the BRICK repo.
