Cleaner reporting for reportBII.R when biodiversity module is not include (default).

@pvjeetze sorry seeing this just now. Why is this as a PR and not as a direct push to the repo? @tscheypidi has committing and pushing guidelines changed? magpie4 has always allowed direct commits to master branch.

Yes, direct pushes are allowed for this package, but PRs are possible as well.

I started this pull request, because I was refused a direct push to this repo. Seems that I am not yet authorised to push directly to the repo.
