calculate "total", "Kharif total" (and other subtotals) correctly #26

CAUTION: there is not always a kharif total value calculated from autumn and winter, sometimes autumn and winter are NA and kharif total is !NA Screenshot from 2020-12-23 10-40-38

there are no other subtotals, only "Kharif Total" ("total rabi/ summer" exists only in one region and only one file and is not a new data point)
