Change hydro to not include pumped hydro storage #484

This PR changes Hydropower to Renewable Hydropower whenever IRENA data is read in. The former includes pumped hydro storage (bad), the latter does not includes pumped hydro storage (good). This follows up on a discussion between Robert and Renato, who are now sure that the IEA Energy Balances do not includes pumped hydro storage, so our input data (esp. hydro potentials) shouldn't either.
