Update CEDS emissions data to 2024 version, including data up to 2022. Replaces CEDS2021 in calcEmissions, small changes in mapping:

2C1_Iron-steel-alloy-prod, 2C3_Aluminum-production, 2C4_Non-Ferrous-other-metals

instead of

2C_Metal-production, 2L_Other-process-emissions
