Adding summation groups file for ScenarioMIP

Purpose of this PR

File created using getSummations function applied to file https://files.ece.iiasa.ac.at/ssp-submission/ssp-submission-template.xlsx. Credits to Oli! This getSummations file is pretty short for now (pilot phase status, I guess), but will hopefully be extended with the next submissions based on more content in the IIASA Excel file.

Checklist:

• [x] I did not use Excel to open csv files or checked that no side-effects occur (changed values, many new quotation marks, …)
• [ ] I added any renamed piam_variable to renamed_piam_variables.csv to guarantee backwards compatibility.

It is recommended to have a look at the tutorial before submission.

@orichters : I just thought, I would add a summation groups file for ScenarioMIP even though it is very much empty as you said. I have no git folder set up so far for pik-piam, I cannot fix the error right now. But no rush for now, I will first move forward with the mapping now.

Maybe that was a misunderstanding. You now don't need to set up your own summationsFile anymore, you should be able to specify summationsFile or checkSummation to be "https://files.ece.iiasa.ac.at/ssp-submission/ssp-submission-template.xlsx" and that should work. It downloads the most recent version and you don't have to keep track of anything.

Ah great, now I get it! I was only thinking one step ahead (i.e. the getSummations function allows to retrieve information from the components column of the Excel file) but you were already two steps further. Much better, thank you! I will close the PR.
