better stop messages to explain what might have gone wrong
add variables to ELEVATE template, done by Rahel
for the automatic conversion US$2005 -> US$2017, also consider "1/whatever US$2005" as a variable where you have to divide, not multiply with the inflation factor
add requiredColsOnly to getMapping to allow for rbinding mappings
