Minor ScenarioMIP update #399

Purpose of this PR

Adapting ScenarioMIP mapping according to the following changes in Daniel Huppmann's email on October 5:

Variables renamed or removed since the update sent by Philip two weeks ago (mostly based on input by Florian Humpenöder):

‘Yield|Cropland’ was removed (but yield-variables for specific crops exist)
'Water Ecosystems|Forests‘ was removed (this was probably a mistake)
'Land Cover|Forest|Secondary Forest‘ and 'Land Cover|Forest|Primary Forest‘ -> 'Land Cover|Forest|Natural Forest'
'Price|Agriculture|Livestock [Index]‘ -> 'Price|Agriculture|Food Products|Livestock [Index]'
'Trade|Export [Value]‘ and 'Trade|Import [Value]‘ -> combined as a net variable ‘Trade|Goods [Value]‘

Checklist:

[x] I did not use Excel to open csv files or checked that no side-effects occur (changed values, many new quotation marks, …)
[ ] I added any renamed piam_variable to renamed_piam_variables.csv to guarantee backwards compatibility.

It is recommended to have a look at the tutorial before submission.
