This adds DAC and CO2 storage and CCU technologies to technology reporting. Adds some bugfixes to emissions and Se reporting.

Ye, tested with old.gdx, gdx from October and now.

Btw, good job on technologyReport. Was quite straightforward to edit stuff there. Unlike other reportings.
