Amendment to the last PR: Use PIK Webpages for Download #119

A small patch to the last PR, now using a PIK user homepage instead of a "random web service" to provide the test GDXs. There is also an update to the README which points to the possibility to manually put GDX in tests/testgdxs instead of the download.

@Loisel, @giannou can you check if you have write access to the directory (/home/pehl/www/look_mum_no_external_hosting/)? I don't want to be responsible for updating these files for the next couple of years. :p

I am trying to put them on the RSE server, just a minute
