did you run lucode2::buildlibrary()?

Yes. I committed

        modified:   DESCRIPTION
        modified:   README.md

but not 

Changes not staged for commit:
  (use "git add <file>..." to update what will be committed)
  (use "git checkout -- <file>..." to discard changes in working directory)

        modified:   .buildlibrary
        modified:   .zenodo.json

That's wrong?

yes, the other two files have to be committed as well
