Align FE variables of transport complex and edge_esm #18

Hi Marianna, Alois,

I noticed that in the current remind2 FE|Transport reporting the variable names differ in the complex version from the edge_esm version (see here), which also leads to some inconsistencies when you use them further in the reporting. For example, FE|Transport|Pass|ESD|+|Liquids is not existent in edge_esm. We probably should adapt the edge_esm FE variables to the current (new) complex FE variables introduced by Renato after the merge.

Fully agree. What do we have to adhere to to add the ESD label?

Well, REMIND has now this all-encompassing FE variable vm_demFeSector which features SE type, FE type, sector and emissions market. On the total transport level you can just go with this one (should be the same as in complex here. However, on the sub-level with the distinction passenger/freight etc. might get more complicated and we would need to know which subsector goes into the ETS sector and which into ESD sector.
