Don't really get what the problem was.
I could have been more explicit. Essentially, the problem was that output_wo_GLO
comes with all aggregated regions like EU27
etc., while p21_CO2TaxSectorMarkup
only comes with REMIND regions. So, I guess the lesson is that one needs to mind that when combining the output objects of reporting functions, which feature more regions, with parameters or variables that get read in from REMIND directly.
@fschreyer: Another thought: Did you see this warning? I think using sectorally differentiated carbon taxes with EU21 is not advisable, as of now.

For running REMIND-EU with cm_CO2TaxSectorMarkup, the reporting needed some fixing.
