reportCapacity fails if DAC is switched off #619

  error in evaluating the argument 'object' in selecting a method for function 'setNames': subscript out of bounds ("dac")
Calls: convGDX2MIF ... setNames -> dimSums -> [ -> [ -> .local -> .dimextract
