add Price|FE variables to global aggregation, set to NA if fails

fix the pricing part of https://github.com/pik-piam/remind2/issues/642
Add aggregation variables also for the Total LCOE etc. price subvariables, including |Moving Avg and |Rawdata
This enables aggregation for some hundred prices, as far as I can see
For the rest, report NA instead of 0
fix units that did not follow the unit naming convention
