amount of confirmations when blockr in use is ignored #8

Hi, it seems that amount of confirmations from config file is being ignored and pypayd always waits for 6 of them, at least when you use blockr BTC test chain. I am not able to check test insight, as it is broken for several weeks now, which is strange, BTW.

It seems I was not able to understand this part properly, it is only about updates. Closing :)
