Add GitHub workflow to run unit tests #129

Here's a workflow to run all the tests on each new commit. Thanks again for building this package!

I am glad you have enjoyed it and hope it will come in useful! Before I accept the pull request, could you please clarify how the proposed unittest testing is different from the current pytest implementation Sapsan is running on every commit. Check out pythonpackage.yml.

Ah, my apologies, I didn't realize that .yml file already ran the test suite! :-) Will close this.
