Pg exts fork #413

Brings all the patches from https://github.com/pyqtgraph/pyqtgraph/compare/master...pikers:pyqtgraph:piker_pin into repo as internal extensions/modifications so that we can update to latest pyqtgraph master.

[x] this must be synced with a merge of piker_pin to pyqtgraph updstream master commit: 2ed25515
- alternatively we can just pin to pg master for now until we break again then go back to a piker_pin?
