I'm not sure bootstrap allows you to customize this value (after a glance on their customize page, you apparently can't) but it would be great if bootstrap-magic would allow you to.
I know we can simply add one more class which can override the shadow, but sometimes when you work with backend developers that don't care much about aesthetics, they can forget to add it. So a 'base override' would be very beneficial.
