Errors trying to run locally #45

Hi,

I have downloaded the repository and I am trying to run it locally.

It seems to run ok, but I get errors, the main one being "variable @grid-gutter-width is undefined"

Here is what I am getting.

I am not running grunt at this stage yet. Is it needed or only for compiling?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
