Dependencies update (list), delete useless code, fix saveCSS #53

Add Sass functions
Bump angular version to v1.2.32 from v1.1.2-f0c6ebc0
Delete old angular folder
Bump new version of jQuery to 3.2.1 from 1.8.3
Fix saveCSS to use Sass instead of Less
Remove double load of script angular & jquery
Remove old bootstrap, add polyfill for typehead, change file in lib
Delete useless code and old dependencies
Fix wrong type on variable
