I've tried to find what you are trying to achieve because this statement doesn't run on Ubuntu and no manual for adduser specifies those options, so I'm guessing you are

• creating a group go
• creating a user go
• adding the user go to the group go
• setting the home directory for go to /go
• setting the go user to run with Shell
• setting the go user to use defaults

but that seems a lot more than a one liner...
