got error and did not compile #16

i did anything to work with this plugin but i get this two errors and did not compile any thing

where is the problem its been two days working on it but i cant figure it out where is my mistake?!!

i build with cmd : php build.php -c -j without build with cli aslo got this errors

What release are you using?

last release pilif-sacy-v0.4-beta1, i dont know where is th problem?!
