removed ?> for consistency with other files

jsmin.php is an external dependency. I'd love to keep it unaltered.

Though according to #17 it's not maintained any more - so maybe we should either remove it completely or start fixing things at which point merging your request here would totally make sense (though with a newline at the end of the last line).

I'll think about this.
