Customization Module (Add Region) not working as expected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deploy the ">Customization Module (Add Region)" module in the module 
deployment Console.
2. Reload Alfresco Share 
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text "Hello World" should be outputted before the title bar.

What version of the add-on are you using? Please provide version of the
downloaded package, or Subversion revision number.
0.1

What version of Alfresco are you using? On what application server?
4.0.b (a nightly build two weeks after the release)

What web browser are you using? Please supply browser name and version.
Google Chrome (15.0.874.121 m)

Please provide any additional information below.
I actually started with following David Drapers blog post on the subject and it 
failed the same way. If I use the remove value in the action property of the 
<@region directive in dashboard.ftl the title bar gets correctly removed. If I 
use replace it also gets removed. "before" and "after" does not "bite" at all.

Well, Will, you can just delete this issue since it was my fault not using a 
vanilla version of the sample-dashlet...my version had a typo :( Sorry.
