Authentication Mismatch in Preferences #119

I have one login/pass set for the web interface I have a separate login/pass for the config/pref pages

Both work as expected, except

Once I am in the config and change any parameter and hit "Save" an authentication dialog box pops up - it only accepts the web interface login. Expected behavior is it should only accept the preference page login.

I replicated this issue on ver. 0.46

Any way to fix this? Tried looking into config_settings.py - but no luck yet :(
