Error in Sickbeard log "skipping: charmap"

Getting this in the Sickbeard log after upgrading to "ver. 0.45 -- # 15 -- 0byte -- OPENSHIFT"

2013-10-18 17:02:31 ERROR SEARCHQUEUE-RSS-SEARCH :: Error while searching NZBMega, skipping: charmap

Running the upgrade again doesn't any affect. Tried adding and removing an API key.

A google search seems to suggest a problem with the NZB indexer, but it works fine manually.

Thoughts?
