Default `uri` for bidi routing #29

It seems that some crawlers have broken request with no uri set properly, so that instead of default bidi handler for 404s the app crashe with:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No method in multimethod 'multi-handler' for dispatch value: null

Let's set default to /
